Fleamadonna’s Spring 2013 Collection Is A Nautical Dream

Fleamadonna Designers // Fashion // Trends

You would think after a lifetime of loving nautical we would be growing somewhat tired of sailor style. Nope. Not even a tiny bit. Cut to us browsing the racks in the basement of Opening Ceremony at the weekend, and happening upon this sailor tunic by Fleamadonna. The Korean label founded by Jei Kim in 2007 is part of O.C.’s current celebration of Korean fashion, and real talk, this super-flattering tunic is a standout piece. The entire spring/summer collection is based on the sea, from a wave-print clutch to sweaters bearing embroidered seashells and a shell-print blouse. There’s a white/navy sailor shirt too. It’s all just so perfect. Just don’t wear with white flares, you’re not trying to look like a stowaway at the end of Fleet Week.
