We Are So Feeling The Vibrancy Of Cobalt Blue

ColbatBlue_2 Fashion // Trends

At times the Fall 2012 shows have felt like a procession of the funereal variety – black, black, and, yup there we go, more black. It’s been a bit of a drag. There have been a few bright, saving grace moments, however – these moments came in the form of cobalt blue. With remarkable consistency a huge quantity of designers seem to agree that, in addition to black, cobalt blue was the only acceptable hue (was there some kind of notice, can we get on this email list? What gives?). Whatever reason, we dig. The vibrancy of cobalt blue is not only a welcome break from the darkness of that darkest color black, it’s also very pretty. Don’t you think? Here’s some things you don’t have to wait till fall for.
